  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We are looking for support with developing our Accountability Process and Disposability Process for our Employee Handbook. We are looking for someone who will be able to write this from an equity-centered framework and have the end result be trauma-informed and radically inclusive of intersecting marginalized identities.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a rough copy of employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some key concepts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to feed more people for free

Working through a trauma informed lens to best support our team in lieu of acting in a carceral manner.
