What we need
- 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
- Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
What we have in place
- We currently have a strategic plan and a solid board of directors, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a governance committee who can answer questions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $13,348 , allowing us to recruit new board members who have skills and talents we may be missing and prepare for our future.
Dinorsaur Ridge is a growing organization with dedicated employees, staff and a vision for the future. We are excited about that future, which includes building a new visitor center and expanding education and preservation programs.
To help ensure future success, this project will help us identify where we may have board gaps and members we can recruit whose skills may fill those gaps.
