Print Materials Design
Print Materials Design
Project details
What we need
- Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
- Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
What we have in place
- We currently have a staff of two persons and a logo for World Anthropology Day, which will take place on February 18, 2016. We also have connections on college campuses across the country for the purposes of delivering the posters to local schools once they have been finalized. Additionally, we have a wide assortment of resources about anthropology and are willing to work closely with someone to come up with a fun way to present information visually.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to reach at least 1000 students around the world.
We hope to engage students across the country in studying the field of anthropology. Studying anthropology at the pivotal secondary school age of accelerated personal and intellectual development, when students are actively seeking to understand their place in the world, equips students to better understand and appreciate the beauty in the diversity of human experiences. Anthropology teaches students to take another's perspective with empathy which contributes to the creation of a more peaceful world -- free of hatred based on religious misconceptions and free of judgments based on differing cultural traditions.
Project plan
Our mission
The purposes of the Association shall be to advance anthropology as the science that studies humankind in all its aspects through archaeological, biological, ethnological, and linguistic research; and to further the professional interests of American anthropologists, including the dissemination of anthropological knowledge and its use to solve human problems.
What we do
Founded in 1902, the American Anthropological Association is the world’s largest professional organization of anthropologists, with more than 10,000 members. The association represents all specialties within anthropology – cultural anthropology, biological (or physical) anthropology, archaeology, linguistics and applied anthropology.
