I'd like to learn more about being an effective administrator for multiple nonprofit organizations. How can I best communicate with the public while balancing my priorities with two businesses?
I'm looking for tips and wisdom on how to re-direct communications and invite people to meet in order to satisfy the internal/external needs of my workplaces. Looking for feedback on the tone and timing of my communication at work. Also, want to discover best practices for gathering others if the meeting is farther out.
