What We Need
- Ongoing data and analytics support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
- Support may include: data and analytics training, analysis of a recurring data set, suggestions for how to best collect data to support your organization's goals
- Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working together

This is a Data Collection assignment, not a Data Analytics,
JerseySTEM researches and collects Data our of public websites (Schools, Colleges, Companies) and records the information in a spreadsheet for further processing.
You will be assigned a list of targets and you will need to populate a Google Sheet as a deliverable.
What We Have In Place
- JerseySTEM uses Google Workplace for documents management and Jira for task management. We use Slack for instant Communication by Gmail for emailing. You will be issued a JerseySTEM account. Because our program deals with minors, you will be required to take a criminal background check with a cost of $10.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,808 , allowing us to provide instruction to 40 additional students
This is a data collection assignment to find the Linkedin profile of individuals of interest and that we need to connect with for different purpose

JerseySTEM
Our Mission
JERSEYSTEM is a grassroots 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math ("STEM") education to 5th-8th grade girls in New Jersey underserved communities
We partner with socially responsible companies and their employees, youth organizations in underserved communities, and civic-minded college students and universities.
Together we develop and deliver innovative, hands-on, and online afterschool projects and inquiry-based learning opportunities that develop teamwork, 21st-century problem-solving skills, and self-esteem.
What We Do
Reduce the gender gap in STEM participation;
Bridge the innovation gap in STEM education by introducing novel formats for teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math;
Address the opportunity gap by expanding access to STEM programs in underserved communities.
