What We'd Like To Talk About
I'd like strategic advice on how to organize our Advancement Department (ie, staffing local vs national approach, large campaign execution).
Additional Context
I have been asked to step into a top leadership role in the Advancement department of our recently merged organization and would love to speak with someone with extensive Advancement/Development experience. Ideally, someone from a national nonprofit whose work happens at the national and local levels.

What We Do
We believe youth sports is a unique platform to create better life outcomes for all kids regardless of social or economic circumstance . Research shows that a positive youth sports experience teaches teamwork, develops leadership skills, creates opportunities for increased diversity, equity, and inclusion, and builds community.
But the problem is the playing field is not level, and in many areas, the youth sports experience is failing our kids.
Positive Coaching Alliance and Coaching Corps have merged to reimagine the culture of youth sports so that every child has access to a positive youth sports experience to help them be better prepared for life.
We make sure youth sports organizations are more effective in building character by ensuring there are enough well-trained coaches and that parents are equipped to provide more support to their children.
Our vision is to build a world where every child benefits from a positive youth sports experience with a coach who inspires them to become the best version of themselves in the game and in life.
