Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details

We have a nonprofit with 8 years experience, however, we just revisited the mission, vision and focus of the organization. I need help telling a compelling story about our new direction and its impact to our audience in a succinct, carefully-crafted way.

What we have in place
  • We currently have individuals whose stories can be told, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have old testimonials and quotes you can use, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to place those dollars toward a donor management system .

Because our program never did a great job quantifying metrics for program outcomes, we relied on stories to help our donors and members connect with our mission and the impact of our programming. We need to let folks know the powerful work we're doing by amplifying the voices of those we've impacted.
