Project plan
Our mission
Jewish values inspire the National Council of Jewish Women of Australia - Victoria (NCJWA Vic) to empower women to achieve their potential and improve the quality of life for all women, girls and their families.
We achieve this through our work in the Jewish and broader communities by:
Empowering women at key points across the lifecycle
Advancing the status of women and girls
Promoting social cohesion and human rights
Supporting the empowerment of women and girls in Israel
What we do
NCJWA Vic is a vibrant, strong and independent women's organisation dedicated to furthering the status of women in both the Jewish and broader communities. We do this through a range of innovative activities.
Established in Victoria in 1927, by Dr Fanny Reading, the National Council of Jewish Women of Australia Victoria (NCJWA Vic) is a grassroots, membership organisation that serves the community.
What makes us unique and effective is that we bring together women across the generations and from across the community to advance our vision. We also partner with other organisations locally, nationally and globally, to give voice to our common causes.
How we make a positive and lasting impact
NCJWA Vic focuses specifically on empowering and enriching women's lives. We build self-esteem, confidence, connection and life skills as well as provide emotional support and reassurance at critical junctions in women's lives.

Testimonials
Genevieve was absolutely wonderful to work with. A skilled graphic designer who was professional, timely, skilled, and delivered on brief. We are incredibly grateful to Genevieve for her time and expertise and would not hesitate to work with her again. We are so happy with our finished product.
Working with Lisa and her team at NCJWA was very rewarding. They were responsive clients and had their content ready to go and a good idea of what they were looking for. Feedback was prompt, to the point, and professional. I enjoyed working with the group and would definitely work for NCJWA again!
