What We Need
- An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
- Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)
Additional Details
Mommies in the D is growing its capacity by focusing in on prospective budget planning. We need support with understanding how to increase current financial situation, and how to support multiple funding streams throughout the next fiscal year.
What We Have In Place
- We currently have An approved operational budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Quickbooks and a Bookkeeper, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $14,474 , allowing us to support our program budget increasing to another County in Michigan.
To ensure our sustainability, Mommies in the D has to be able to understand the value of our impact and how to continue to grow our budget to sustain the growing work.
