What We Need
  • 3-5 one-on-one sessions with a coach to work on your individual methods of organizing your time and priorities
  • Recommendations on the best tools for your organizational needs
Additional Details

Hi There! I am currently the chairperson of an organisation called Habonim Dror Australia, a Jewish youth movement based in values of Socialist-Zionism and Judaism.

I am currently participating in a program called Launchpad Leadership, an initiative of Australian Jewish Funders, and as a part of this each leader needs to begin a coaching project by September 20. After deliberating and procrastinating for weeks, it is now September 19... Hence, my decision to choose Time Management Coaching!

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a very eager attitude to change, grow and learn, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have real organisational structures that require timeliness, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,968 , allowing us to change the lives of Jewish children and young adults in a deeply meaningful way through education, connection and shared experiences!

As a part of my role in my organisation, I work with many different groups including the federal executive, the heads of each state branch, the heads of 8 other Jewish youth movements around Australia and the heads of other branches of my youth movement around the world! I'd really like to improve my time management so that instead of at times hindering these groups' progress by not being prepared/up to date, I can instead enhance that progress and propel these groups and Habonim Dror forward.
