- Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)

A comprehensive review of our chart of accounts to ensure that it is structured in a way that allows us to track and analyze financial data effectively. Evaluate our operating budget to ensure that it accurately reflects our financial needs, goals, and objectives. To identify any inefficiencies and recommend improvements in data gathering and reporting.

This project will save us $14,474 , allowing us to enhance our financial data reporting and management.
Improving our financial planning processes, we ensure that our resources are directed where they are needed the most - towards empowering girls with incarcerated mothers. A well-executed Financial Planning project will equip us with the tools to predict the financial impact of changes in funding and expenses accurately. It ensures that our financial practices align seamlessly with our mission, promoting transparency, accountability, and sustainability.
