Program Strategy & Goals
Program Strategy & Goals
Project details
What we need
- Evaluation of current programmatic needs and how a program plan can address them
- Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to reach the desired objectives, including guidance on how to allocate resources and measure success
- Plan that outlines the resources and steps required to reach short- and long-term goals
Additional details
[COLE100] The Business Development Team Lead provides leadership, direction, and planning for engaging colleges and universities as potential volunteer instructors. Collaborating with COLE Department Head, they devise effective recruitment strategies. The Lead guides the team in identifying and engaging with colleges, attending events, promoting the program, and tracking effectiveness. Alignment with program goals is ensured with the Volunteer Program Director's support and training.
What we have in place
- JerseySTEM offers a well-structured setup for the Business Development Team Lead role, comprising strong relationships with NJ universities and colleges, cross-functional teams, and collaboration with other departments for hiring and marketing needs.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,775 , allowing us to provide instruction to 50 additional middle school girls, cover classroom related expenses and ensure the widest possible access to our program amongst underserved middle school girls.
The mission of JerseySTEM is to reach out to the largest number of schools in need of support and engage with them to establish STEM programs for their middle school girls and level the playing field with the schools benefitting from more resources. Engaging with the schools is a fundamental part of our programs to have access to the middle school girls we want to reach.
