Our mission
Mission:
The mission of Alzheimers Coachella Valley (ACV) is to provide charitable Programs and Services to individuals living with and families affected by cognitive impairment in the Coachella Valley, located in Eastern Riverside County, CA.
Vision:
Respond directly to community needs that include programs for the diagnosed together with the caregiver. ACV improves the health and well-being of cognitively challenged older residents of the Coachella Valley through integrated health and supportive services. Our programs and services support both clients diagnosed with cognitive impairment (Alzheimer's; Dementia, and Parkinson's) and their care partners/caregivers.
