  • List of recommendations and best practices for shooting a video
  • Instructions for how to post videos to respective social media platforms

I am looking to create a promo video for our organization. Looking to give concise information about our org and flagship program.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a staff member committed to this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a complete website, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to reach more folks with trauma-informed training and information.

This project will give our organization a public-facing video to explain our flagship program.

Milestone 1: Training Plan Creation
  • Professional prepares a detailed training plan outlining topics to be covered and structure of training
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Video Shoot Training
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to record video(s)
  • Professional shares tips and best practices for creating videos - including necessary equipment, determining location/background settings, camera placement, etc.
  • Professional shares apps/tools that can be used to record videos

Milestone 3: Sharing Videos
  • Professional instructs Volunteer Manager how to post videos directly to each specified social media platform
  • Professional remains available for follow up questions for up to two weeks
