Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details

The intended use of the narrative is for an annual report. The goal is to honor the 25th anniversary to tell the organizational founding story and its evolution over the years to address community need. We want to emphasize the connection amongst multiple programmatic areas as well.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a toolkit of documents to support you in understanding the history of the organization and what we do. We also have an outline of the sections of the annual report and people available for you to interview if needed.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to provide more mentoring and technical assistance to perinatal health care workers.

Although our organization is 25 years old we have not had the capacity to create an annual report. We have had feedback that many supporters are unclear about the work we do. We want to take this opportunity to clearly tell our story and honor the solid base of longtime supporters who have made it possible and let them know how much we appreciate them.
