What we need
  • Audit of the existing systems and processes that could be managed by an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) which could be any one or combination of the following: Applicant Tracking System, compensation and benefits tracking, payroll systems, recordkeeping
  • Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
  • An implementation plan to address the organization’s HR systems and process needs as outlined in the audit report. The implementation plan also advises the executive team / HR department of benefits, legal requirements, vendor comparisons, and recommendations on building consensus and compliance
  • Training on maintenance tasks with handoffs so all admin privileges are exclusively owned by the Organization

  • We currently have HR Manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have HR Manual, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to to have HR information software system
