What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details

Assistance with putting together employee handbook with separate sections for employees, internal, programmatic, etc. from policies created over time of organization.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a skelton and several programmatic manuals, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have policies created, but not yet implemented into the skelton, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to focus more on our programs, and creating infrastructure to better our offerings.

As a growing organization, it becomes more and more important to have a single place to refer to for important policies and procedures.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with existing Employee Handbook (if applicable), internal communications regarding employment policies and any other employment policies in place that may not be clearly communicated

  • Professional reviews existing materials, and asks any clarifying questions
  • Professional identifies any existing policies that should be modified
  • Professional identifies any new policies or areas that should be addressed and included

Seeds of Awareness mission is to transform schools and communities by cultivating empathy, connection and support. We value racial and social equity and aim to empower disadvantaged communities and people of color by focusing a majority of our services in these communities.

What We Do

We implement counseling and mentorship programs in schools, teach social emotional learning in the classrooms, and provide mindfulness-based community counseling offering and nature-based social skills groups to our local communities. Additionally, we are sharing our expertise with community and business trainings in mindfulness .
