What we need
  • Customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
  • Training on how to create and customize graphics using (free) design tools/apps
Additional details

We need a series of images/graphics that illustrate our services to Seniors and Disabled Adults

What we have in place
  • We currently have some graphic files and photos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have pretty good service descriptions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to quickly illustrate what we are trying to deliver

In our correspondence and web communication, we would like to use a coordinated set of standard illustrations and be able to deliver our message more accurately and with better impact

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to three rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered and Training
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphic and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to create and customize graphics
