Impact statement
This project will save us $22,266 , allowing us to have confidence that we have hired the right person at a fair and appropriate rate/package.

Project Details

What We Need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional Details

We have received funding from a Foundation for a new position. We only have one other full time employee (the Executive Director). We have a job description and a general description of benefits desired, but need guidance on benefits (for example, can we give stipend toward health?) and starting salary range.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have A job description for the new position, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a framework of what we want to offer, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

We are a young organization and a founder (our ED) who uses her spouse's benefits - so we hadn't yet gotten around to building a benefits package. Now we need to do that will a new position in play. (Our decisions around things like health benefits will be for any full time positions.)

Project may require a short interview with the organization.
