What We Need
  • Recommendations on both styles of recruiting (active versus passive) and proper channels to pursue candidates
  • Guidelines for the hiring process, including the order and number of interview rounds, reference checks, and general best practices for an inclusive interview
  • Effective interviewing techniques and clear, consistent standards for evaluating candidates

Additional Details

We need to hire 1-2 part-time community organizers to our organization!

What We Have In Place

How This Will Help

We need to hire qualified, local, caring individuals to grow our community base. This will support our campaigns for tenant protections and immigration support and defense in our communities.

Project may require a short interview with the organization.
