- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
Strategy for us to know when and how to continue to update this document in the future.
What we have in place
- We currently have a very basic employee handbook with template language.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,290 , allowing us to devote more of our budget to creating social justice theatre and building up our volunteer base.
This project will help us to hold each other accountable and provide clear guidelines for new staff. We are looking to make large overhauls of our staffing this year and want to be prepared.

Testimonials
Suzanne was prompt, thoughtful, and a clear expert in her field. Suzanne knows what the rules are, and what works best for different sized organizations. I was really thankful to have her too help me understand what we should be doing!
Teatro del Pueblo was a standup organization ensuring they were compliant with regulatory law in advance of potential growth. Remi, their Executive Director was engaged from beginning to end and we completed the project in mere days.
