Impact statement
This project will save us $22,266 , allowing us to have time and resources freed up to focus on our mission and build capacity into our programs.

Project Details

What We Need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have some HR consultant recommendations that you can build from, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a current salary grid, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

This will help us greatly in being more transparent with our staff - we want to show them the value of their work, ensure them we are competitive in pay, and give them incentive to reach for new goals to best accomplish our mission.

Project may require a short interview with the organization.
