After-school 1099 educator MOU/contract
After-school 1099 enrichment provider MOU/contract
Youth Volunteer Waiver and Contract Agreement
Adult Volunteer Contract Agreement
Athletic Coach Volunteer Agreement Contract

What we have in place
  • We currently have samples of old contracts used to contract 1099 contractors, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have volunteer forms that we ask volunteers to fill out, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to focus on the programs that will continue to uplift members of our community.

This is important because we want to make sure that WELO is operating professionally and able to conduct business as smoothly as possible.
