What we need
- Initial assessment of areas of strength, targets for improvement and specific areas of focus desired for the coaching sessions
- Up to 6 coaching sessions exploring areas such as motivation, empowerment, collaboration, communication, giving / receiving feedback & conflict management
- Wrap-up session with actionable steps and advice moving forward as a manager
Additional details
This is my first Executive Director job and have been doing it for over 3 years now. I still feel new in many respects even though I have learned so much and feel I am a strong leader, or at least have the capacity to be. I would like some guidance on how to manage my staff more effectively, be a better communicator, and have a more defined process of staff evaluation and compensation. I do not like conflict and have anxiety about dealing with it, so skill development there is critical.

- We currently have a growing commitment to be a better leader, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a desire to strenghen my leadership skills, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to grow as a team and be more efficient and effective at our jobs, leading to a more stable and successful organization
Managing and retaining a good staff is key to keep our organization running. Each turnover in staff results in more time spent hiring and training and less time working on our programs to fulfill our mission. It also keeps me, the ED, from working on growing and strengthening our organization.
