Project details

What we need
  • A visual redo of the Organization's website
  • Design direction based on Organization's desired branding and style preferences
  • Mock-ups of key site pages
  • Commitment to 2 phone calls with a developer to guide initial front-end coding work
  • Note: We recommend this project for custom websites. If your site is built on a CMS platform like Wordpress or Squarespace that offers templates, you may not need this project. Check out our Website Content Plan project for help building a CMS-based website
Additional details

Hello! We recently worked with an amazing Catchafire volunteer to audit our website and we are looking for someone to help us take the next step of implementing design changes. We are seeking a talented website designer and developer that can help freshen up our website and provide some training for our staff so they can maintain the website after the project is completed. Our website is hosted on WordPress

What we have in place
  • We currently have Website Audit, branding guide, design ideas, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have dedicated staff to help oversee the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,186 , allowing us to use more staff time to: organize events, train communities, protect communities from fossil fuel infrastructure, promote renewable energy & more!

Our website needs to be functional for both newbies to the climate movement and seasoned activists. Our online interface is essential to helping individuals take action on climate change, engage locally and support our organization. Our current website is lacking in both functionality and visual design, limiting our growth and success!
