  • Training on how to create video content for web and specific social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • List of recommendations and best practices for shooting a video
  • Instructions for how to post videos to respective social media platforms

Hi! I am familiar with how to post, etc. and have done it before, but would love expert tips on how to make my videos for social media platforms look more professional and polished when filming on my own/with my phone. Filming videos in the health and well-being space as well as exercises, etc. Thanks in advance!
