Project details

What we need
  • Visual branding guidelines/style guide in .pdf and/or print format that includes specific colors, primary and secondary typefaces, minimum size and buffer space for logo, examples of incorrect logo usage, and any other graphic design elements, to guide use in print and digital communications materials
Additional details

Looking to develop a simple brand style guide to share with media upon request.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a dedicated font and style to work from, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have beautiful materials to work from and all the logos, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to spend more of our donations on direct-service programs for resettling refugee families.

Sometimes press or media will ask for a brand style guide and I'd like to have one on hand to share

Our mission

Miry's List is a community-based nonprofit supporting families who have recently arrived to resettle in the United States as refugees. Our mission is to improve the experience for new arrival families by filling gaps in the governmental system of support for refugees, and providing a mechanism for our community of supporters to directly help families with the things, people and programming needed to thrive in the United States.

What we do

Miry's List focuses on improving the experience for families resettling in the United States as refugees by connecting them with helpful people, supplies, and 12 months of support. We focus on providing newcomer families with access to additional options for support in addition to what is provided to them by the government. Our key areas of work are:

Rapid Response Support: Miry's List assesses and responds to families' most urgent needs, addressing gaps in resources, and providing essential needs like beds, diapers, devices for language learning and important household supplies.

Human Connection-Based Programming: Miry's List is an organization rooted in community-building. Our volunteer-led programs create opportunities for cultural exchange, learning, and new friendships between new arrival families and their American neighbors. We offer volunteers and families alike with opportunities for direct service and continual engagement. This community infrastructure has proven essential, allowing Miry's List to respond swiftly in a crisis with supplies, social connection, and learning opportunities.

Scalability: Our work is both hyper-local, emphasizing person-to-person connection, and scalable on a national level. Our program is a complement to and support for existing efforts in the resettlement landscape. We are ready for expansion across more high-need resettlement communities across the country.
