- Document outlining best practices for meetings and communication, including cadence and tool recommendations

I am currently the director of our organization that has just received our 501c3 status. Our board of directors consist of community members that have minimal experience being on a board. I am seeking support on behalf of the organization develop something solid for our board to follow.
What we have in place
- We currently have documentation of one year of board operations for the org, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have general documents to support the establishment of the board, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,610 , allowing us to locate these funds for other organization expenses such as program needs or other admin fees.
Now that we have gotten our exempt status, it is crucial that our board maintain an efficient process in its operations in order to support the organization progress.
