Fee-For-Service Strategy Sessions

Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions identifying a fee-for-service activity that can complement the Organization's current mission and existing services
  • A written summary of discussion and prioritized idea
  • A starter plan of recommendations and actionable next steps for implementation
  • Note: This project does not include creating a fundraising strategy to recruit donors or identify grant opportunities

We want to learn from you!

What we have in place
  • We currently have our mission, goals, and objectives fleshed out, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a 501c4 organization that supports our mission, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,970 , allowing us to focus on implementing new programs that will help future generations better protect the Everglades.

Our impact outweighs our sustainability. We would be able to sufficiently fund our organization with help on strategic planning.

Our mission

Friends of the Everglades is a nonprofit founded in 1969 by renowned journalist, author, and environmental activist Marjory Stoneman Douglas dedicated to preserving, protecting, and restoring the only Everglades in the world.

What we do

"Be a nuisance where it counts. Do your part to inform and stimulate the public to join your action. Be depressed, discouraged, and disappointed at failure and the disheartening effects of ignorance, greed, corruption, and bad politics--but never give up." - Marjory Stoneman Douglas
