What we need
- 3-5 one hour strategy sessions identifying a fee-for-service activity that can complement the Organization's current mission and existing services
- A written summary of discussion and prioritized idea
- A starter plan of recommendations and actionable next steps for implementation
- Note: This project does not include creating a fundraising strategy to recruit donors or identify grant opportunities
What we have in place
- We currently have a business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have budget and revenue for 2019, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,970 , allowing us to focus our efforts on empowering Latinx entrepreneurs and bilingual professionals.
We need an additional revenue source, but we are trying to see if it would be better as a separate entity.
