Elevator Pitch Coaching
Elevator Pitch Coaching
Project details
What we need
- Document outlining feedback on pitch delivery with suggested next steps and/or resources
- A script for a 1-minute verbal pitch that communicates your Organization's mission, work, and why people should care
Additional details
I desperately need help talking about what we do. My primary goal is to be able to distill our work into a few clear sentences accessible to anyone. A secondary goal is to be able to talk about our work to key target audiences at conferences and events either as an exhibitor or during a presentation. I hope to be able to convey the value of what we do effectively in order to drive increases in the usage of our (free!) service.
What we have in place
- We currently have a mission statement, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have various slides with our efforts at describing our service, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to produce a webinar series in areas heavily impacted by the HIV epidemic to support clinicians in providing the best possible care for their patients.
Our service could be a foundational tool in the national efforts toward eliminating HIV, hepatitis C, and the opioid epidemic. Our callers love us. But at the moment, we struggle as an organization to adequately describe the service we offer and how it can be of benefit to healthcare providers working with people living with HIV. After we learn to talk about what we do, I hope to continue on to a larger project to develop a comprehensive marketing plan.

Our mission
We are dedicated to promoting health equities in the United States by helping every healthcare professional feel supported and confident in their decision-making through evidenced-informed, person-centered clinical consultation and education.
What we do
We provide immediate, expert advice to healthcare providers managing patients with HIV, hepatitis C, substance use disorders, perinatal HIV, or blood borne pathogen exposures. We also advise providers who prescribe pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
