Project details

What we need
  • Ready-to-publish copy for a brochure
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Graphic Design project, for new marketing materials
Additional details

BGCMLA would like to create a donor-centric brochure focused on informing current and potential donors on the impact of giving. It will include the organization's program offerings, call to action, a brief overview of our 6 locations, and ways to give. We plan on using this for meetings with foundations, corporations, and individuals. We also want to explore tailoring a brochure to soliciting monthly giving.

What we have in place
  • We currently have previous brochure created, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have all compiled information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to serve more youth in Los Angeles

As a growing organization in Los Angeles, spreading awareness and obtaining new donors is crucial to our success. This brochure will help our resource development team reinforce the importance of giving and the impact it has on Los Angeles youth.

Our mission

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles (BGCMLA) was founded in December 2015, as a strategic partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Boys & Girls Clubs of Los Angeles to help steward a cluster of Metro-area Clubs.

Historically, the 27 Boys & Girls Clubs of Los Angeles operated independently, which meant each club tackled their own budgets, managed their own human resources, and created their own internal processes to serve their respective communities as best as possible. However, BGCMLA recognized that a critical first step towards eliminating the gap in access for thousands of youth in Los Angeles was to implement new, innovative operating and governance models for our existing Club organizations.
