What we need

Additional details

Need a graphic for digital media specific to our target population to promote HIV prevention programming. Looking for something edgy yet professional

What we have in place
  • We currently have design for general target audience, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have demographic information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to purchase more marketing and digital media

We use these graphic designs on digital media platforms to market to our specific audiences our HIV prevention programs as well as promote our mail order condom program

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
