What we need
- Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
- Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
- Training on maintenance tasks
What we have in place
- We currently have Several systems set up and just need some refinement, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an employee ready to collaborate with you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to continue offering our programs to all those in need
As a growing organization without an official HR department, we are finding more and more need to shore up our systems and make sure we are keeping in compliance.

Our mission
Seeds of Awareness mission is to transform schools and communities by cultivating empathy, connection and support. We value racial and social equity and aim to empower disadvantaged communities and people of color by focusing a majority of our services in these communities.
What we do
We implement counseling and mentorship programs in schools, teach social emotional learning in the classrooms, and provide mindfulness-based community counseling offering and nature-based social skills groups to our local communities. Additionally, we are sharing our expertise with community and business trainings in mindfulness .
