What we need
- An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

One of our alumni teens is trying to break into the tourism industry. I video taped him giving a tour of the Mandela House Museum in Johannesburg. I also have photos and other collateral to help. We would like a demo video that:
1) We can use to inspire our teens to cultivate specific presentation and communication skills,
2) Can be expanded to tell his story and experience with our organization, and
3) He can use to pursue job prospects.
What we have in place
- We have lots of video and photo collateral. Our organization has made videos previously so I am confident we have collateral - but we would like guidance in fresh approaches.
I would like talk to the volunteer before finalizing a script to obtain their guidance and insight.
I would also like guidance on how to edit and categorize our video segments for easier use in future projects.
We will need guidance in making sure all materials are "digitized in the correct format and resolution."
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to This project is a cost and time savings allowing us to accelerate our video library, expanding the students we reach, while using the $5,422 budget for food parcels for starving families in Lockdown.
We are developing a video library of adults and our alums as inspiration and role models for our current teen mentees that they can watch multiple times. This is the first of many segments we have collateral to create and will show us the process needed to complete dozens more. It will also help us demonstrate how our program motivates and inspires the first generation of "born free" students to create their own opportunities through the experiences and ambition of our alumni students.

Our mission
inite Family motivates black South African teens via video mentoring to transform their lives by creating opportunities through choices, actions and hard work during secondary school. With comprehensive training and real-time support, our volunteer mentors, living in South Africa and 17 other countries develop their mentees' strengths in: education, career preparation, technology literacy, life skills and communication. By helping them learn to manage the toxic stress of growing up surrounded by extreme violence and poverty, Video Mentors help their mentees build resilience, resourcefulness and responsibility as they work toward economic stability and self-reliance.
