What we need
- Training on how to create video content for web and specific social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- List of recommendations and best practices for shooting a video
- Instructions for how to post videos to respective social media platforms
Additional details
We invest in 30 nonprofit partners doing great work. We need to tell their stories while demonstrating the collective power of the United Way network. We want to share these videos in social media, digital newsletters, on our website and theirs. We'd like to begin with 6-8 videos.
What we have in place
- We currently have professional examples of what we're after, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have marcom professionals (lacking video experience) on our team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to invest it back into our partner agencies and programs that fight for the health, education, and financial stability of everyone in our region.
Our donors need to see the work and impact of our network of partners, especially now that personal interaction is limited. Few of our partners have budgets that support professional marketing help. We must help them tell their stories if we are to continue supporting them. Impact drives donations; donations create impact.

Our organization has evolved from a Community Chest to a powerful network of 30 partners representing 40 programs that range from meeting urgent needs to changing, even saving lives.
