Approaches to interviewing
What we have in place
- We currently have job packs, job ads, application forms, interview questions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Information and guidance from external organisations, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,806 , allowing us to increase our investment in the activities we offer to dance artists and communities in the South East
We want to significantly broaden the range of candidates we attract to roles at all levels within the organisation. Equality and diversity lies at the heart of everything we do, but this is not evident from our current workforce. We believe a more diverse workforce will increase our organisational effectiveness, contribute positively to our future planning and enable us to better serve the dance artists and communities with whom we work
Project plan
Our mission
South East Dance is dedicated to making life better through dance. We champion the many ways that dance can change lives; leading the way in challenging perceptions of what dance is, who makes it, what it can achieve, and who it's for and we place diversity in its widest sense at the heart of everything we do - from the artists we work with, to the audiences we seek to attract, and the participants with whom we engage.
