What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Employees handbook for small reatil buisness with 8-10 employees.
Historically we have reatine employees for an average of 6 years with little need for guidelines. with turn over and transitions becoming more common a handbook would bring continuity. Working in San Francisco, California, make having a handbook complex.
What we have in place
- We currently have not much, a very old ops manual, but not a handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have not much, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to update our ops and training manuals.
