What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We would like to update our employee handbook and have it reviewed by a professional. It has not been updated since 2015 and we feel that now is the time to do so!
Some items that need to be reviewed are; policy on leaves, holidays/vacation, any updates with COVID/sick leave.
We are a very small group with only 2 full time and 3 part time employees. Our rules are relaxed, but we want to make sure that sometime is written down for everyone.
What we have in place
- We currently have a policy written, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ideas on what should be added, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,905 , allowing us to put more money into our programming opportunities.
This project will help us update our staff on important policies. With the world changing so dramatically having an outside set of eyes help us will be very beneficial.
