Customer Database (CRM) Audit
Customer Database (CRM) Audit
Project details
What we need
- Assessment of Organization’s current CRM practices with recommendations on improvements such as setup, maintenance, integrations with other systems, and insights reporting
- Recommendations on a new CRM system and related costs (if necessary) such as Airtable, Bloomerang, Kindful, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or Salsa CRM
- Note: This project does not include implementation of recommended CRM platform. For a project to advise and implement an entire system, try our Customer Database (CRM) Setup project
Additional details
We would like to analyze the potential unification of our multi-platform system including a file maker database, google calendar, and paper systems into a simple CRM tool. We are not sure which platform would work best for us, and Salesforce was unwieldy for us on our first go.
We would also like a write up to help our board, and potential grantors the advantages this would provide our organization.
What we have in place
- We currently have details of client interaction with our info systems, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a detailed database map, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,315 , allowing us to save money in order to pursue hiring a full time professional social worker.
Our Case Managers are all volunteers, and they are not able to have continuity with clients. The intern team is only able to access our database from a few older laptops that we are unable to replace due to data privacy. The interns also all manage one email, this makes assigning tasks or sending sensitive data to only one person quite difficult. Finally the antiquated look and feel of the old database make it less accessible to Gen-Z volunteers & case managers.
