What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
What we have in place
  • We currently have An active Salesforce Account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Access to Zoom, Google Meets and Microsoft Teams platforms, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to Focus more resources on digital access for our participants.

In this virtual climate, it is important that our staff be able to properly track Case Management for students and create electronic files for them in Salesforce.

Philadelphia OIC's mission is to assist the unemployed, the underemployed, the homeless, and disadvantaged youth and adults to achieve self-sufficiency and empowerment, primarily through education, training, job placement, and through supportive human services, housing and economic development. Philadelphia OIC is a nonprofit organization founded in 1964 by the late Reverend Dr. Leon H. Sullivan, who was an internationally-recognized advocate for civil and economic rights for all.
