What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format

Desired Outcome: a crisp, easy-to-understand infographic detailing the flow of funding dollars to the various programs within the Arc of Midland. The desired outcome is to have prepared a "professional-quality" graphic which will be utilized in community presentations, funding applications and collaborative meetings. Attached, please find a document that was prepared in-house for these same objectives. Thank You in advance for transforming our "school-kid"document into professional-grade.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an "in-house" prepared grapic (example), which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a solid development team with the ideas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to provide funding to the Arc of Midland for an assortment of specific programs needed to serve the positive welfare of people with developmental disabilities helping to ensure their community inclusion

The Arc of Midland has provided services to the Midland, MI community for more than 68 years and is in dire need of a complete "refresh" in order to share and re-enlighten our community as to our mission, vision and complete understanding of our funding sources, campaigns and participation within our community.
This project will become the first of numerous updated graphics appearing on our wish-list. In the future we will make add'l CAF requests for an impact report and resource infographics.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)

The Arc of Midland is a non-profit agency which encourages the general welfare of all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities while fostering each person's presence, participation, inclusion and independence in order to thrive within their community.

What we do

The Arc of Midland serves as an advocate for all citizens to be welcomed and included into community life with respect, inclusion, trust and creativity. We develop and practice community programs providing personal services in guardianship & payee services, education, facilitation and in fostering collaborative agency relationships that will allow all citizens to feel safe and to become respected and active members of their community.
