Project details

What we need
  • Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
  • Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details

We have a dilemma.

We are signed up to Google Nonprofits but want to include Google voice and other services that we may qualify for as a nonprofit. The problem is that a G Suite account is needed but Google does not provide a way for us--that we can see-- to create a business account and begin adding services. We need someone to help us figure this stuff out.

If you are EXPERIENCED in troubleshooting Google products and services, we need your help! Thank you!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a google account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an operations director as point person, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to continue to focus on policies to help children and youth.

As the pandemic continues, we are looking for ways to cut expenses. Google has several options that would be helpful and we need assistance in accessing them.
