Project details

What we need
  • Personalized feedback and up to 5 coaching sessions with one member of the Organization
  • Document outlining strengths, weaknesses, and suggested next steps and/or resources for the member
Additional details

I facilitate a lot of meetings and I have been invited to speak at events. I need help to be an effective speaker. Especially with COVID-19, how could I use Zoom to be more engaging and keep the audience wanting more?

What we have in place
  • We currently have a one pager to describe our organization, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our priority recommendations booklet, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,660 , allowing us to attend more professional development training.

Are the two documents written precisely and concisely for the reader to understand?

Our mission

To champion the needs and priorities of Pacific Islander communities across the Bay Area through sustainable cross-system collaboration and inclusive, accessible programs that advance community health and well-being.

What we do

The Regional Pacific Islander Taskforce (RPITF or "Taskforce") was formed in 2015 to address the lack of data and reporting on Pacific Islander (PI) population health and health disparities in different health departments across the Bay Area. Serving as an advisory council to the directors of the health departments and their leadership, the Taskforce raises the awareness and visibility of Pacific Islander health and social issues by 1) educating counties on PI history and culture, 2) improving data collection and reporting on PI population, 3) increase PI civic-engagement participation and 4) bulding intergenerational solidarity.
