We would like to discuss strategies for creating an effective fundraising campaign, attracting corporate donors and sponsors, and cultivating private donors, even being a really small nonprofit.

Our mission
Our mission is to advance faith community nursing by providing a whole-person approach to individual and population health.
What we do
We provide continuing education for nurses, hold the biannual Foundations of Faith Community Nursing course, support and provide evidence-based health promotion workshops for older adults, coordinate faith community nurses to make telephone reassurance calls to older adults, host monthly networking forums for FCNs, and more.
