What we need
  • Setup of professional social media profile(s) consistent with the Organization’s brand messaging in platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
  • Training for the Organization’s staff on how to manage social media account(s)
Additional details

We currently have a FB page "Activist Guide" and a group "Cville Stands Together" which are designed as feeders to our website www.activistsguide.org. The FB presence has been extremely successful but we want to increase its effectiveness in driving traffic to the website. This could be techniques for the FB and addition of social media platforms.

  • We currently have FB presence, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have website, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to fulfill our mission in other ways

The Activists' Guide, a calendar of activist meetings/events, as well as a directory of organizations, and supplies/services in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area is available at http://www.activistsguide.org.
Produced by Richard Lord, it is a community-based resource. The organizations and supplies/services directories were complied by local activists. The calendar is interactive and functions in real time.
