In addition to coming up with pay structure and salary scales, I'd also like to review and if needed, update our compensation philosophy.

How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to invest that money in our employees and also increase our grantmaking.

This project will help us understand how we compare with other similar organizations and help us create a plan to lead the market. This will help us reduce turnover and attract the best talent.
