Our organization wants to experiment with a new program idea, and it would be helpful to have some market research done to help us refine the program.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a description of the program & a more specific project plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our target markets defined, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,948 , allowing us to fund some of the expenses of the new pop-up camp program for children with medical needs.

We are not able to have our normal residential summer camp for children with medical needs (COVID protocols restrict us from having residential camp) and some campers are too far to come to day camp, so we want to have "pop-up" camps in areas where we have campers so they can have at least some in-person camp experience. This program also helps us increase our regional presence for fundraising, etc.

Our mission

Camp Holiday Trails creates a community that empowers children and teens with medical needs to thrive.

What we do

We provide year-round camp experiences for children and teens with medical needs, and 24-7 medical supervision. We provide summer camps and year-round family camps and pop up (traveling) camps for our youth with medical needs, and families caring for a child with a medical need or chronic illness.

We also open our camp for school groups, retreats, special events, weddings and more.
