What we'd like to talk about
I'd like strategic advice on creating a business plan for the Museum of the Big Bend, Alpine, Texas.
The Museum has never had a business plan before and I need to develop one as we expand.
Additional context
The Museum of the Big Bend is in need of a comprehensive business plan as we prepare to add a second building to our historic one. The Museum currently does not have a business plan.

Our mission
The Mission of the Museum of the Big Bend, a Department of Sul Ross State University, is to serve and educate the public by collecting, preserving, exhibiting and interpreting the cultural, historic and natural materials that relate to the prehistory, history and cultural diversity of the Big Bend region of Texas and Mexico.
