Salesforce Database Customization
Salesforce Database Customization
Project details
What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
- We currently have google spreadsheets with contact information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 3 staff members for support, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to continue advocating for affordable housing, a Chinatown High School, language access, and technology access with our Chinatown community.
During the pandemic we've helped 500+ clients access in-language employment resources, get to the polls, and receive housing education. Looking ahead, we'd like to organize a database so that we can determine the best way to share resources and connect our clientele to services. With a database, we will be able to track relationships, segment our base, and analyze our data. Thus, we can ensure clear communication, understand needs, and better support the community.
